The Latest and Greatest..

Hello all you cyber folks! We just had an appointment with the OB and things are looking good =)
Missy is up to a whopping 150 pounds (YIKES) that she claims is ALL BABY!!!! LOL!!! It has NOTHING to do with the fact that she is constantly eating something and has ice cream sundaes every night! LOL!!
Alex and Max both had good, strong heartbeats and seem to be doing well.
Our next Ultrasound is Wed. Sept 3. I'll post results when we get back home.
This weekend Missy, Alex, Max, and Nana (Liz) are traveling to S. Carolina to visit great-grandmother and great-grandfather (Bammaw and Poppa). I'm sure we'll find all kinds of tasty stuff to munch on along the way =)
Proud daddy Bob is constantly amazed at how Missy's tummy bumps and bounces from Alex and Max kicking each other! These boys are definitely going to be athletes!

I'll post the latest belly pics ASAP so everyone can see the gloriousness of my roundness!!

GOOD NEWS!!

Thanks to all for the prayers and well wishes! Our visit to the specialist was good news! Alex's (baby a) cyst and kidney issues seem to be resolving themselves. That is great news! He has grown 3 oz in the past 2 weeks for a grand total of 13oz! Max's (baby b) Single Umbilical Artery was confirmed but he seems to be developing well in spite. He has grown 7oz in the past 2 weeks for a grand total of 17 oz (1lb 1oz).
I"m attaching a picture of the proud Papa shooting the zapper gun at Target when we were registering. What a ham!!!
Be looking for more updates in the coming days. Our next Dr. appt is Aug 20.

Here's the Latest

Well, Missy IS growing bigger everyday along with the twins. Alexander Joseph (baby A) and Maxwell John (Baby B) are both already starting to kick their mommy and daddy's butts! Thanks to the "Original Twins" Tina and GIna the nursery is now finished !!! Sorry, but we can't reveal until the big Green Baby Bash coming in Sept (invitations are on the way). The boys now have a GREAT closet AND somewhere to sleep. (It's a matter of priorities :-) I will post some pics of the nursery pre-completion. Daddy is becoming more anxious every day to see his bouncing baby boys... Bob did get to see and feel the boys through Missy's tummy this week!
We go to the perinatologist on Monday, Aug 4 to check up on Max's Single Umbilical Artery issue. We fully expect to hear good results! We'll post after the appointment.
Wish Missy good luck as she return to the real world of school this week!
